OOTP tracks the top 100 prospects in a league, and the top 30 prospects for each ML team. This information is typically only available on the OOTP HTML reports; it's not included in the CSV upload to StatsPlus. To consolidate more information in the StatsPlus pages, and add more interesting views of the top prospect lists, StatsPlus now tracks this information and shows it on the web tools.
This feature is only available for leagues where the OOTP HTML reports are also hosted on StatsPlus, and only if the reports are updated regularly.
Also, the OOTP HTML reports and the CSV must be uploaded to StatsPlus within two hours of each other with the same game date. When either is uploaded, S+ watches for the other to be uploaded and match the date, the reads the Top Prospect information from the reports and integrates it into the StatsPlus data.
If a player appears on the team or league top prospect list, their ranks are shown on both player popups, and in the information in the header of the player page. On the player popup, T## is the team rank, and L## is the league rank.

A team's top 30 prospect list is available from the team home page. The default view shows the top 30 separated by batters and pitchers, and includes a view of ratings and some common stats for the player. Also, the user is able to show OSA or scout ratings, as well as current and potential ratings, when any of those are available for a league.

Additionally, StatsPlus tracks changes in the team prospect list, and shows it on the "Rank +/-" tab, in a format similar to StatsPlus player dev tracking. Note that the details of the tracking will likely be trimmed over time, so changes more than a month old will be consolidated into larger blocks of time, and not show every past change.

Also, the most recent team top prospects integrated into StatsPlus are available as an option on the Trade Tool.

The league top 100 prospects are available from League > Reports > Top Prospects. This shows a view similar to the team top prospect page, with more ratings and stats than the default OOTP view. Note that StatsPlus will also track changes to the league top 100, and show up/down arrows for players moving more than 5 spots up or down since 30 days prior, and also show a list of players added and dropped from the top 100 list at the bottom of the tables.
