ΒΆ Adding an Additional Simmer
To enable another person to run sims in an OOTP league, share the following information:
- accountsdata_commish.dat file
- StatsPlus app config
- OOTP CSV configuration directions
First, share the OOTP FTP settings for the commissioner, which are in the accountsdata_commish.dat file. This file can be found in the settings folder under the league folder. Note: To find the league folder, follow League Folder Location.
The other person should put that .dat file in their settings folder with OOTP closed.
Next, export the StatsPlus app config so the other commissioner can use the app for sim results to Slack or real-time sims to the web, and also to upload CSV after the sim.
The option to export the config is on the Configs tab in the S+ app:
The config is stored in a .splus file, which can be shared with the other person and imported into the app. Note that all the config is carried over except the League Directory on the Local tab in settings.
For the simmer to be able to update StatsPlus after the sim, make sure they have the CSV configuration correct in OOTP, see OOTP CSV Configuration
